Loved the garden and free parking, felt so posh! Had a washing machine, so I didn't have to handwash my silk unmentionables. Sneaton Castle was practically my next-door neighbor. Flamingo Land. well, it's there. Towels were generously provided, so I could dry my tears of joy.
Oh, how I missed the airport! The nearest one was just a short drive away, but who needs an airport when you're living it up in a coastal paradise?

The hotel was modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The view from the master bedroom was amazing, overlooking the golf course with sightings of deer, pheasant, and rabbits. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were great. The secure garden was perfect for my dog, and the parking was convenient. Being located in a quiet area, it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the proximity to Lidl for any grocery needs. I highly recommend Highfield House for a wonderful stay.
The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the lack of coat hangers in the hotel. I had to purchase some , which I left behind.

The house was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom offered a fine view, and having parking for two cars was a great convenience. having a Lidl nearby was a bonus. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.
They required a verification confirmation and charged a non-refundable damage waiver or deposit with a fee attached. Eventually, we were able to resolve this issue with the assistance of a person named Ryan.

Amazing location near Whitby Abbey and within walking distance to the beach. The spacious holiday home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms felt like a castle, and the garden provided a lovely outdoor space. Free private parking was a bonus, and the property had everything we needed, including a washing machine and free WiFi.
Insufficient coat hangers.

We had a wonderful stay at Highfield House. the property was a new build and had a modern decor, which we loved. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice duvets. the bathrooms were luxurious and well-done with a beautiful finish. We also enjoyed the balcony off the master bedroom, which provided stunning views of the nearby golf course. It was a pleasure to spot deer, pheasant, and rabbits from the balcony. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. the location was convenient, just over a mile from Whitby, easily accessible on foot or by taxi.
We were very impressed with Highfield House and would definitely stay again. Cons: Nothing at all!

The property had stunning views from the bedroom balcony and the bedrooms were really spacious. It was great to have a private secure garden for our dog and the grandchildren to play in. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished to a high standard.
There were not enough coat hangers and we had to go out and buy some. It was also disappointing that there was no hand soap provided in the bathrooms and we had to purchase our own.
